Covid Vaccination’s & Booking Condition’s

In accordance with Perth Maxi Charters duty to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we are adopting this policy to help safeguard the health of our customers, visitors, employees, and the community at large from infectious diseases, such as COVID-19 or influenza, that may be reduced via vaccinations.

All eligible customers, employees, and visitors are required to be or have received vaccinations by 1st January 2022, unless a reasonable reason is otherwise approved by any relevant authority or by Perth Maxi Charters. Where any person is not in compliance with this policy, the person will not be granted entry to the premises, event, or our vehicle service. In such circumstances:

  • For customers the companies refund and or credit policy may apply.
  • For employees, they will be placed on unpaid leave until their employment status is determined.

Perth Maxi Charters will not accept a booking for any eligible person that is not fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or does not commit to such requirements as per our States Health Guidelines. Where a person makes a booking and is then unable to meet the requirement, the customer shall be barred from the premises, event, or service and the company’s cancellation policy shall apply.

This policy may be subject to review or change, in accordance with Information provided by the State or Federal Health Departments.
